User Management

Note: User groups are managed in Cloudflare Zero Trust, not in this dashboard.

To view or modify a user's group memberships:

1. Log in to Cloudflare Zero Trust Dashboard
2. Navigate to Settings → Authentication
3. Manage your Google Workspace groups
4. Or go to Access → Groups to manage CF Access groups

Groups are synced automatically from your identity provider (Google Workspace) and appear in user JWT tokens.

Users are automatically created when they first log in via Cloudflare Access.

How it works:

• User logs in with @remoteproduction.no email
• Cloudflare Access validates via Google Workspace
• User record is auto-created in database
• Groups are synced from Google Workspace groups

To add a new user, simply add them to the appropriate Google Workspace group (e.g., nexus-operators@remoteproduction.no) and have them log in.
